Festival of Remembrance 2019

St Barnabas will be hosting the Sutton New Town Festival of Remembrance on Saturday 9th November 2019.  

The festival will consist of a mix of songs, poetry, music, and stories to remember individuals from Sutton New Town.   We are pleased that the music will be provided by the Phoenix Concert Band and will feature a performance by the Sutton Harmony Singers.

The festival will culminate in a short act of remembrance and a communal commitment to work for peace.

The Festival will be at 3 pm to allow a greater number of people to attend especially those people who are unable to attend an evening event. Sunset on 9th November will be shortly after 4 pm.
